Minster Market offers stalls throughout two Halls, plus outdoor areas. You're likely to find fruit and veg, plants and flowers, local meat, eggs, cheese, olives, cakes, pies, wholefoods, antiques, Indian textiles, vintage and retro items, jewellery, homewares and so much more!

High Contrast Cinema launch their 'Femme Fatale' season with the thrilling lovers-on-the-run Gun Crazy from 1950. John Dall plays Bart Tare, an ex-soldier with a firearm fixation who finds himself bewitched by Peggy Cummins’ Annie Laurie Starr, a carnival sharpshooter who lures him into a violent crime spree that can only ever end in tragedy.

Strictly Murder

Come along to the Allendale and be a detective in our Immersive Murder Mystery event!
Detective Inspector Foote is investigating a Murder most foul and needs your help to solve the case. Acting as DI Foote’s deputies, you will be able to inspect the clues that have been collected, and using these as a starting point you will then be able to question the various suspects in the case. Whether you like solving mysteries, puzzles, or just want to be entertained, our Murder Mystery event is one not to be missed AND you get to enjoy a two course meal at the same time!

The Wimborne Wellbeing Fayre

The Wimborne Wellbeing Fayre is a one day event held four times a year at the Allendale Centre, featuring up to 50 health, wellness and spiritual wellbeing businesses, therapists and makers. Open from 10am, the fayre also hosts free talks and demonstrations from local wellness experts, plus the opportunity to book holistic treatments, spiritual readings and enjoy a free sound bath and guided meditation. Entry is free.

In Laura, a police detective is drawn into Manhattan high society to investigate the murder of a stunning ad exec, and the more he learns about her, the more obsessed he becomes; his focus dwelling on the portrait that hangs in her apartment. As his obsession grows, it becomes clear that there may be more to the case than it first seemed.

Jinder presents A Songwriter's Circle​

Join Jinder and his guests, Dorset’s Rich Atkinson and Nick Capaldi. See them perform their original songs and reveal the stories behind them. Jinder blends country, folk and soft rock with 70s vibes; Rich’s Narrative Americana style is infused with jazz and gritty vocals. Nick’s music is genre-bending and imaginative. Not to be missed!

Did you see them when they here just after Christmas? Then you know how good they are. But if April's your first time, you're in for a proper treat. This band always fills the venue so buy your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment: £17.50 advance, £19 on the door (if any tickets left). Doors open 7pm, band on from 8pm, no support act.
